Releasing Fear through the fingers

I’ve been experiencing a lot of fatigue lately, probably due to the season. I have a hard time slowing down in fall and winter, which is exactly what my body wants to do. I’m wrestling with it instead of allowing the natural deceleration. This morning, I held my left thumb, then index finger and little finger. I stayed with the deep release happening while I held my index finger for quite a while…4th Depth (fear) letting go. After the energy had finished cycling, I could feel my diaphragm relax as I took a deep, cleansing breath in and out. This season is challenging, and JSJ is helping me to move past my resistance to letting go, being here now, just breathing.
