Felt tired and drained today after not sleeping enough, and I remembered I have had some episodes of dizziness over the past few months. Turned in Text 1 to the Dizziness flow, and my notes say that it helps tight 9s and 10s (which helps breathing, among other things). It also harmonizes Mediator with Supervisor. I did the steps I could reach on both sides, and wow, did it lift my fatigue! I also did the first few steps of the Eye flow on both sides, which also helps 10. I know that anything that helps lungs and breathing brings energy to the whole system….funny how simple the help can be when I simply remember to open my books!
