I hold my fingers every single day. Mostly my right thumb, as my 1st Depth becomes stressed out by my environment (maybe I need to look at that…) I also hold my left little finger a lot, to help with chronic trying-to issues. However, the decision about which finger to hold is utterly non-intellectual. I simply hold each finger on both hands quickly and listen for which one wants me to stay a little longer. When I do, I immediately feel tension and stress melting away. What a relief and a mini-miracle it is to be able to feel my breathing and heart rate slow down simply by holding my thumb or index finger or little finger. I feel blessed to know about the fingers, and I want to pass it on!
