Lungs and the ring finger

This past weekend, I found myself feeling weak and run-down, as though I were coming down with some kind of respiratory project. A friend remarked that I looked pale, and said that she had recently been in the hospital with pneumonia. She reminded me to take care of myself.

Over the next 24 hours, I held my ring fingers (lung/large intestine/grief) as much as I could. I also did Main Central, Mediators, Spleen, Stomach, and Bladder self-help to support my immune system and general energy flow.

The next day, my color was back, and I felt much better. No respiratory project developed. I feel so grateful for these simple methods of returning my body back to health!
