Jin Shin Jyutsu and Enlightenment

Jennifer replies:

Jin Shin Jyutsu says that body, mind, and spirit are one, and when they are in harmony with Source, we are in our best state or condition. Of course, it is helpful to be able to turn to JSJ for a physical ailment. But the more I practice, the more I see the connection between these different aspects of myself. How many times did Mary say, “Now Know Myself?” So to me if you work on your physical body with JSJ, you are working on everything else as well.

For myself, I don’t set goals for what I want to accomplish when I practice JSJ. I do set the goal of practicing every day. When I practice, my body feels better, my mind is clear and at ease, ready to enjoy life, and my spirit feels aligned with Source. I don’t think of it as a way to achieve either a healthy body or spiritual enlightenment, but rather both.
