Over the past couple of days, I’ve acquired a deep chest cough and sore throat from somewhere. Don’t like being sick! I know that small intestine flow helps sore throat, and that lung flow can help my cough. I practiced both of these flows on both sides this morning before getting out of bed. I also opened my SEL 15’s and practiced Mediator Flow.
My chest feels a lot more open, and I’m not coughing. My energy feels stronger, and I feel more positive. The sore throat is still lingering a bit. I’m planning to continue working on my SEL 3’s to boost my immune system and help my Mediator come into balance. I feel like I’m on my way toward kicking these symptoms quickly!
