Sara Harper presents a 5-Day Basic Seminar July 7-11, 2017 at the GuestHouse Inn and Suites in Nashville. The 5-Day Basic Seminar is designed for those who want to study and practice Jin Shin Jyutsu and to apply the Art on themselves and others, being the testimony of this simple, profound Art of Living, made known to us by Mary Burmeister and Jiro Murai.
Sara lives in Tucson, AZ with her family. Sara received her first session with Mary when she was fourteen in 1973. She has studied with Mary since 1983. Sara has been a Jin Shin Jyutsu instructor since 1992 teaching the “Living the Art” 3-day workshops, and Self-Help. Sara also teaches the Basic Five Day seminar, Mentoring, Special Topics, and Now Know Myself.
Sara has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing and worked in Business for several years. After a traumatic car accident in the early 1980’s she had a life changing experience during her sessions with Mary Burmeister.
Sara has studied psychology, numerology, and dance and loves the mysteries of life and nature. Sara teaches in an experiential and elemental way as to embody the journey of learning.

New students may take Part 1 alone, if taking the full class is not possible at this time. Review students may take either Part 1 or Part 2 separately.

Class Hours
All Days: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
On Days 2 – 4 there will be Body Reading (attendance is optional) at 8:30 am.
Material Covered
Part 1: The 26 Safety Energy Locks, the Trinity Flows, the concepts of Depths within the body, and the Physio-philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Part 2: The 12 organ flows, the pulses, the Special Body flows, and how these contribute to harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
Continuing Education Credit Available
Nursing CE Hours: Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc. is an approved provider for California Board of Registered Nursing Provider #CEP 12032. The 5-Day Basic Seminar qualifies as 30 CE hours (6 hours/day). The fee is $15.
California Board of Acupuncture CE Hours: Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc. is an approved provider for California Board of Acupuncture Continuing Education Units – Provider #CEP 419. The 5-Day Basic Seminar qualifies as 35 CE hours (7 hours/day). Fee is $15.
N.C.C.A.O.M. PDA points for Acupuncture and Asian Bodywork Therapists: Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc. is an approved provider for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (N.C.C.A.O.M.) – Provider #ACHB-238. The 5-Day Basic Seminar qualifies as 21 PDA points for Part 1, 14 PDA points for Part 2. No fee is charged.
N.C.B.T.M.B. Continuing Education hours for Massage Therapists certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork: Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc. is an approved provider for N.C.B.T.M.B. – Provider #285604-00. The 5-Day Basic Seminar qualifies as 35 CE hours (7 hours/day). The fee is $10.
Letters of Verification are available for all students who need documentation for hours attended at any class. All of the provider numbers appear on this letter. Fee is $10.
Food and beverage
There will be a refrigerator and microwave available in the class space for those who would like to bring their own lunch. Please bring your own hot and/or cold beverage container if possible. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks are provided during class.
